PLEASE NOTE OCTOBER 1 REGISTRATION DEADLINE!!!

Well, school has started and you're probably just getting used to those
long weekends with your textbooks. Sure, it's tolerable now, but just wait
until October. The leaves will be changing, the crisp fall air will be
wafting in the window, and you probably just won't be able to stand it
anymore! There's only one solution: a road trip.

What could be more refreshing then a drive on an open highway, going where
you will and seeing what you want. And think of all the great places you
could go. Niagara Falls. The Adirondacks. New York City. Or places even
further away!

But why spend all that time planning a trip to one of these touristy
hangouts when you can roadtrip to a place that has everything already
planned out: the Fall 1997 Section 89 Conference at Syracuse University and
the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and
Forestry? Just look at everything we have to offer:

* A happenin' Friday night fellowship in the Schine Underground, complete
with munchies, music and games.

A wide variety of workshops on everything from membership retention to
social dance.

* Free Food! (Well, if you pay the registration fee!)

* Service projects at some of Syracuse's most prominent community
organizations.

* A gourmet banquet at Syracuse's Quality Inn North, complete with souvenir
glassware and a keynote address by Students Offering Service director
Francis Parks.

With all this, how can you possibly just sit and mope around your dorm
room with your nose in a book? So load up the ol' roadster and get rolling
to Phi's fall 1997 Sectional Conference. Because in Alpha Phi Omega, "All
Roads Lead to Service!"
