Our chapter is very small (4 actives), yet this fall's rush was pretty
good. Being we are not members of IFC we don't have a deffered rush, or a
specific time frame for rush. The only events we had were info sessions,
and if enough people showed up we would play train reck (great as a
rush/pledge event)! The rushees were impresed with how "natural" seemed
to be acting and that we weren't trying to tell them why they should go
gree, but rather allow them to make their own decisions based on the info
we gave them. We asked that @ every info session the rushees fill out an
info card, so based on that we had about 17 people, which is great when
the socials had about 20-25 rushees that were serious. The posters we
used this year were different from thos of previous years. We used the
ones from nationals as well as 5 different ones we created ourselves. We
realized that the "Co-Ed Naked" theme to the flyers sparked interest in
finding out more about APO. All in all it was pretty good in comparison
to last Spring.

ps--ALso being we're not on IFC we can hang posters for info sessions
through out the semester which helps people come time of rush the
following semester.
