To all of you out there who are looking for a job working with and
helping kids in need, or are looking for that great starting out job,

Eckerd Family Youth Alternatives is a non-profit corporation
dedicated to giving youths a second chance. Eckerd runs many
different camps along the east coast and a few other states that
basically provides a residential wilderness environment for
emotionally challenged youths to learn fundamental life tools in
order to rehabilitate themselves. If you are interested in finding

I have been a counselor for them for about four months now. No
specific degree is required, a full degree in something is prefered,
but not required, all that is NEEDED is at least some college
experience. They will even help pay for your bachelor's or master's
degree.
