Our Master-at-Arms are in charge of the cleanliness of the APO
house. They are also responsible for holiday decorations, and the
cleanliness of any site that we use for official events.

Yes.

This is a usefull position. There isn't any question about who is
cleaning the house. They either do the job themselves, or find
volunteers.

The MAAs report to the main body of the chapter and the e-board.

No one but themselves and any volunteers working with them for
that job.
> 7) How is the SAA considered as an officer? (exec board or not, etc.)
The two MAAs are members of the e-board.
> 8) Is your SAA appointed or elected?
MMAs are elected for one year terms on the e-board.
Our two masters-at-arms perform all of the ceremonial duties of the SAA,
in addition to their duties in cleaning the house. I hope that this will
give you a plan to work with. I am sure that it is probably unique among
chapters.
