Our chapter, Alpha Phi that is, is looking into changing our
requirements. I would like to get some data from as many chapters as
possible to build a spreadsheet that will compare our chapter to the
nation wide statistics. If your chapter could send me the following
information, I would greatly appreciate it and am very willing to
publicize the results I get to any chapter interested.

If someone in your chapter gets a chance, or if your execute committee
has a few extra minutes at their next meeting, please take a minute and
fill out as much information as you can. I would prefer to get back
incomplete forms than no form at all.
Thank you so much for your time and assistance. If you would like to
have the resulting spreadsheet, please let me know.
