In our chapter, we have that distinct division between "official" and
"unofficial" events. At official "parties" no alcohol is allowed by any
of the brothers, regardless of age.. At our unofficial "social
gatherings", there is the strong disclaimer of "This is an unofficial
event, there will be drinking, if you are underage, don't try it OR ELSE!"
Seems to work just fine..
I started out with nothing. I still have most of it left.
