Greetings from Berkeley, CA! As I've noted already the conference
website is up and running:

You'll be able to download a form and find out all the critical info-
however if you would like more infomation in the form of email we have a
comprehensive email message that will answer most any question. Please let
me know if you are intersted in getting that (so I don't have to send it
