One of the issues that many people seem to miss is that if this questions
could reasonably be concluded in more then one way (In the opinion of the
presiding Judge) then the Jury or Judge will get to decide it. What you
thought you were doing and what a Jury years later decides you were doing
may be two VERY different things.
