It is fine to be a little relaxed with the rules.  However, there
are times when strictly following Robert's rules does help, esp. on
sensitive subjects.  It is extreamly helpful for the chair to KNOW
at least the highlights of the rules.

One of my favorite rules is that you can vote to SUSPEND THE RULES
to do whatever you want...
