Hello All!
First, I want to thank all of the people sent their registrations in on time
for the upcoming Region IV Conference in Orlando, Florida.
Second, I want to remind everyone that they must make their hotel
reservations on or before November 26th to guarantee a room at our low rate.
After the 26th, room availability is no longer guaranteed and prices go up
to $120 per night. Please reserve your rooms, even if you are not
absolutely sure that you are going - you can always cancel later but we can
not get you reduced rates if you don't register now!
Third, I want to remind everyone that this Convention is going to be FUN!
Talk to your brothers who have gone to previous conferences about their
experiences, now multiply that by the fact that you will be in the vacation
destination of the world! Orlando at Holiday time offers many activities,
theme parks and, usually, warmer weather than the rest of the country so
join us at the Region IV Conference in Orlando, FL and share the magic!
