Yes, but scouting (explorer) now allows females

Actually Scouting programs have gender limitations on youth members
including certain Exploring Division programming that is not open to female
members. In addition the Order of the Arrow program is not open to youth
members who are female. I believe all gender restrictions on adult
participation have been removed.
