Please tell me if there have been revisions to the following sections of
the National Bylaws:
Article III, Sect 1
Article III, Sect 2(2)
Article IV, Sect 1
Article IX, Sect 16
Also, what changes have been made pursuant to these Articles relevant to
the controversy at hand? Has an amendment been made to Article III that
defines "All-Male" Chapter membership? Perhaps Art. IX Sect 16 has been
clarified further?
I apologize for not having attended the Phoenix National Convention
in 1996, but the National Bylaws that are accessible at the
http://www.apo.org site indicate that they reflect changes from the 1994
National Convention. I would like to make sure that I have accurate
facts before continuing my participation in these discussions.
