First there's nothing wrong with Aroostook County other than REV is too
lazy to
drive there (then again that may be a good point). No seriously REV,
it's not cool to dis parts of the joint Regions. :( (especially a place
you've never been to and
don't know anything about as it might be someone's home)
Second The point of Regionals is also not to be substitute vacation
plans for REV.
We are there for a conference not to play tourist. (Though Tourism
possiblities are
definitely a consideration) But I understand your point.
You have a reaonable piece of business, all you need to do is get a
chapter to
say yes, and talk to the Region Directors to get it on the agenda.

Not an unreasonable suggestion considering Regionals are now officially
in the bylaws.
