Our chapter, Delta Rho (Rutgers U.) had 2 brothers marry in the mid-1970's,
John and Winnie McHale. Winnie gave birth to the chapter's first
"baby brother" a year or two later. If Betsy Ullrich is still subscribed,
she may remember the exact year...I'm not sure what it was.
Since then, our chapter has had *many* brothers marry each other. At the
Delta Rho 50th anniversary party earlier this year, one of these couples
told me that they were anxious for their teenager to attend Rutgers and
become the first second-generation brother of Delta Rho. Yes, they were
serious!
