Unfortunately, you're barking up the wrong tree if you want to see
something done.  APO-L is the right place to discuss business informally,
and I think most people will agree that this issue is pretty much
discussed-out.

No matter how much you might want to discuss it, nothing is going to be
decided here.  There is a committee that has been appointed to study the
issue.  I doubt that anything will be done with the issue until the '98
Convention votes on whatever proposal they come up with.
