According to the National Office, you are wrong.  No new chapter may have
all males if it is a coed campus.
76 was the year that women were admitted as actives
(actually, the first woman active was admitted in '73 from Zeta as B.

I don't know who you talked to, but they are wrong.  Remember, I was
quoting the National Ofifice.  I realize that ma Board members will vote
agains any new charter applic\ation from an all-male chaper.  It is their
individual perogitative to so do, neverteless, the FRATERNITY's written
policy still stands.
