I joined APO because I believe that volunteer work is
important. That volunteer work makes the world a better
place. I wish there might be a day where "idiot" was
never used to describe another brother who so happens
to hold another opinion different from one's own.
If all we were was a fraternity of clones, not very
much would get done. I am very proud to be both
female and a brother. I may be an alum, but proud
of APO, all the same. My answer to Mark is a bathroom
is not a comparible item to an education setting, such
as a college. I would really like to think we can all
work together, men and women, to perform service for
our communities. Tina never claimed we want to be
EVERYWHERE men are. I am only claiming I feel women
have much to give the fraternity, as do men. If
you care to discuss my comments, please send them
to Joy Stein at pepsi@dementia.org. Don't bore
the entire list with flames meant for me. Thank you.
