OK, so our chapter is thinking about next semester's Rush program and
we're conscience of the fact that we've had a more diverse membership in
the past than we have right now. We want to address this without doing
anything that feels artificial. Lots of chapters must have dealt with this
sort of thing before... does anyone have suggestions?
