The key is not to acknowledge the difference as being important. Racism and
sexism occur because so much emphasis is placed on them.
If there are cultural differences where different groups hang out at
different places or listen to campus radio at different times, target those
areas with your publicity materials. That takes care of place, but content
is another matter. Target the content of your publicity to those groups as
well. That's the tricky part, however.
