I have reserved making a comment until now.  I think that Mark's comments
below should be read and then read again. As a person who has spent time
with the Auburn chapter, I can see first hand how going co-ed would hurt
them.

They have a wonderful littler sister program.  Before anyone starts
talking about not being "true brothers" talk to the little sisters. You
may ber surprised at what you find.  Most don't want to be brothers and if
the chapter went co-ed, some would join while others would be left without
a place to do community service.

If you have the chance, try to get down to Auburn or any other mail
chapter.  You just may be surprised at what you find but go in with an
open mind and observe as opposed to passing judgement.
