        Fellow Brothers,

As you may or may not know, this years Section 62/64
Conference is fast approaching. This years' conference here at Pi Chi at
Duquesne University will be on April 3-5, 1998. We're planning on an
all-around great weekend, so mark your calenders.
We're coinciding the Conference with our annual Canned-For-Ransom
Canned Food Drive for Scouting for Food, so we're encouraging everyone to
collect and bring as many canned goods as possible. We're also having a
Blood Drive on Saturday April 4, so bring your donor cards if you've done
it before, and if not, well, give it a try!
Registration will be $25/person until March 20. After March 20,
late registration will be $30/person. If you haven't recieved a letter,
let us know, or. you can contact us at (412) 396-6669. You can also
e-mail me at catheri2840@duq3.cc.duq.edu or mail us at:
                Alpha Phi Omega
                Duquesne University
                302C Duquesne Union
                PIttsburgh PA 15219

We've secured some group rates at some local hotels, as well as
some limited space at some neighboring chapters. You can contact Mike
Pliskaner at (412) 688-9848 or e-mail him at mppst14@pitt.edu
The hotels you can contact are:

        Westin William Penn-Downtown
        Holding 30 rooms until 3/27
        $59 per room per night
        (412) 553-5100

        Ramada Inn-Banksville Rd.
        $55/rm per night
        (412) 343-3000

        Days Inn-Banksville Rd.
        $49.50/rm per night
        (412) 531-8900

Ask for the Alpha Phi Omega group discount at all hotels. Also,
we're encouraging that you first try the Westin William Penn. While it
is the closest in location, it is also VERY nice in its accomodations.
Tom Strong stakes his reputation on it.

But thats all from here for now. The Section 62/64 Conference:
"Knights on the Horizon" is coming up VERY soon. It all starts on
Friday, April 3, with our opening meeting at 9pm. ROLL CALL will occur
THEN, and only then, so make sure everyone makes the trip!

If you have ANY questions at ALL, don't hesitate to contact us.

                        In Leadership, Friendship and Service,

                                David M. Catherine, SPC '96
                                Section 62/64 Conference Chair
