I'm updating the APO-L INFO file that people get when they first
subscribe to the list. I'd like to add sections about the APO FTP sites,
the APO related IRC channels, and sectional mailing lists.
If you run an FTP site with APO information, could write up a brief
paragraph about how to access it.
I don't user IRC at all, so I'd appreciate it if someone who does could
send me a list of the APO related channels and a pointer to info on how
to use IRC.
