I guess it's time to remind people once again -- please, always put your
name and email address at the bottom of your messages. Some mailers use
truncated headers and only show the listname, not the original sender of
the message. Also, sometimes your email address in the header gets
mangled. If you always put your address at the bottom, people will be
able to reply to you.
If your mailer is one of those that doesn't display the original sender,
you can work around the problem by sending the command:
SET APO-L DUALHDR
to
LISTSERV@VM.CC.PURDUE.EDU
You'll get something like this at the top of every message:
