FYI: This problem already occurs in parts of the country where either
individuals or whole chapters feel so uncomfortable with the
terminology of the toast song that they either don't sing "men" or
"brothers" or they have changed the words for a chapter song.  And I
can't imagine how ludicrous it must seem for a female single-sex
chapter to sing the song as it it is.  This is a case where
disagreement has already resulted in division.
