If we adopt 3, we still alienate the all-male chapters. Not acceptable
in my opinion.

Also, I hate dislike the actual wording of third verse. While the
current toast song is no great musical feat, I don't wish to add a third
verse to it that makes it sound even worse.

On my campus, the word diversity has been twisted. People hear the word
diversity and run. When something is `diverse' here, it means that it is
all sugar coated sweet by the administration. When something is
`diverse,' it means that people who do not have specific `diverse' ideas
are cut out. It doesn't matter whether they are Black, White, Asian,
Female, or Male.I do fear that it would cause us to lose potential
members the moment they heard the word.

I toss my lot with `True to'.
