Here at Auburn, we have a chapter of Omega Phi Alpha, a sorority
which mirrors A Phi O in many ways. You stated that we should not be
that concerned with the status of other organizations, but I (most
respectfully, of course!!;)) disagree...
Alpha Phi Omega was created to do service and to give Boy Scouts
an organization to belong to with the same ideals in college. We are
supposed to serve the campus, and does promoting the membership of other
service organisations also serve the campus and community? Personally, I
wouldn't wish to be accused of causing the downfall of a fellow service
organisation. Basically, I think that your answer to the problem of
causing other service organisations to die was a bit incomplete in the
thinking processes...do you see what I mean? I'm not trying to cut you
down, just trying to let you see the other side of the equation...
