Petitioning groups can wear the petitionning pin. It is circular and
has another circle about 2/3 or the raius of the first in the middle.
Between the circles in says Leadership, friendship and service and
a mark to break the circle. Inside the inner circle is a flame. Check
with the National office to see if you are an interst group of if you
have been recognized as a petitioning group. You should be presented
with the pins at a petitioning ceremony, but if no ceremony can be arranged
within a decent time of being officially a petitioning group, I think they
can be worn anyway. Check with your sectional/regional contacts.

You can not wear the service pin until you have gone through the initiation
ceremony (members of the petitioning group who have become brothers elsewhere
may wear both) and the pledge pin is for thsoe who have gone through the
pledging ceremony. The chartering ceremony includes the initiation ceremony
with it.
