When we went to Boston, our chapter (Alpha Beta Omega) funded I believe a
$20 supplement to each brother that attended, including non-voting
delegates. As for paying the costs for the voting delegates, while I
think it is not a bad idea, overall it is discriminatory (against
non-voting delegates). If you fund only the voting delegates, there
probably is not going to be any money to give others that want to go to
nationals, and I think this would discourage individuals from going.
Nationals is a great experience, and I think everyone who has the
opportunity to go should go.
