OK, I'm smoked out again! I've got to find out what's causing this and
quit it!
Seriously, the National Office will be mailing all bylaws, rituals, etc.
proposals, along with anything else we know about (only bylaws etc. must
be submitted 90 days prior to the Convention legislative session),
tomorrow (Friday, October 7). The information will include which
Reference Committee each proposal has been assigned to by me. Chapters,
Sectional Chairs, Board Members should recieve this package early next
week. Hope this answers the question.
