Well, I WAS an Eagle scout in the BSA, and my view is just the
same as yours. APhiO is a co-ed service fraternity. I
appreciate the ideals that were given to us from the BSA, but
aside from that, our fraternity is unique, and it is its own
organization, seperate from the BSA.

If I were a voting delegate, I would support these amendments as
well.
As Jerry said, our history with the BSA will not change, and our
shared ideals will not change. In the hear and now, however,
close ties with the BSA is no longer such a good thing. Our two
organizations differ in many ways, and each must preserve its
uniqueness.
