What do you all think of the proposal to allow Alumni Associations to
buy APO houses for chapters?

I really like this one. While I do understand a lot of the reasons against
having a house, such as time and money expenses, I think it does offer a
lot as well, such as a base for the chapter, some cointinuity from year
to year.

Especially on a campus like Frostburg, where there is NO office space, at
any price or need level, a house, where we could have storage, meeting,
display, and function space, would be a godsend. Of course, we only have
about a dozen alumni, and they're all new and poor, so maybe it won't happen
soon, but.....
