As an alumnus, I have no problem with renting a house to APO brothers
at a special rate (aka free + you break it you bought it). But somthing
doesn't sound fare about an Alumni Associations buying a house for its
active chapter. It makes me think of Animal House. (barf) There needs
to be some sort of separation between the Alumni and the Actives even
if it is a rental agreement.
