You say that and then you write:

YES, As a matter of fact, my Uncle was gay and I think I turned out just fine!!!
FYI there are so many people out there that are gay that you may not even
know that are so, and they run businesses, heal people, teach, and run the
federal govenment among other things.

Well I wouldn't want my children to be around ANY person, heterosexual or
straight, who publically displayed sexual activities. There is a myth that
homosexuals are dramatically different than heterosexuals in their
lifestyles, when really they are not. There are just as many promiscuous
straight people out there as there are homosexual. And let's get one thing
clear gay men and women do not go out and actively convert new recruits.
They have just as much respect in the workplace and in social situations for
the straight lifestyles around them. Just as in any group, there are people
who go around saying that their way is the right way, yet most gay people
are just trying to say this is another lifestyle or way of living. And just
as in any group there are radicals who are more vocal, example campus
Republican and Democratic groups.

> Let me pose another question to you would you send a child to a Child >
Molester? and have it on your conscience?

I hope that you are not trying to infer that all Homosexual men are child
molesters, I really hope that is not what you are trying to say. I think it
would be safe to assume that there are just as many molesters who are not
gay. You cannot label one group out there as the main perpetrators of any
crime.

BTW, if you are curious, I am straight, but I will defend ANYBODY'S right to
live the way they want to even if I don't agree, and YES, Doug Whitcomb I
will fight for __YOUR__ RIGHT to feel the way you do too, that is America.
But I think there is a misconception out there that gay people are radical
recruiters of a certain lifestyle. They just try to live their life like you
and me. I'm sorry to waste space guys, and if this is perceived as a flame
well I'm sorry about that too. I have a lot of gay friends and they are hurt
everyday by certain societal perceptions. Thanks for listening guys...

In Brotherhood,

Kim Harris
