Once again, I must add my two cents.  It is true that BSA initiated this
dialogue and that it was their request to try and reduce the erroneous
perception of official affiliation between our two organizations.

It is *NOT* true, however, that there is a rift.  Friends sometimes must
discuss their own needs and wants with other friends -- that's doesn't
mean they're not friends.  Our talks were very friendly, and our working
relationship has never been better.  Yes, we shoud make the changes I have
proposed, but there is no rift.
