Sorry that this has taken so long. I finished putting together the
pieces of the pledge manual on Monday night, and was called out of
town Tuesday morning. I will be sending copies to everyone who
requested one tonight (before I leave town again). Anyone who
would like a copy and has not requested one yet should write to me and
request one. If you've already requested one and don't get it by
tommorrow, please send another request.
Any requests that I get after about 6pm this evening, won't be filled
until early next week.
It is also FTP-able. The commands follow:
