You're right that the cliched rants aren't useful. But considerable
resources are presently invested in the continuing FOC
transformation. If those are not achieving the goal of the FOC
program, they should be recalled and repurposed. Those resources
dwarf all those available to the excellent student-EMT program,
MedLinks, and alcohol education programs.
It's not just that if FOC was a mistake, it should be reversed: it's
that it's continuing to consume resources. If it *is* a mistake to
continue, it should be reversed.
