Grumble grumble grumble. For DUPLICATE_SKEY, both tickets in the
request must have the bit set. For ENC_TKT_IN_SKEY, as you said, the
bit only needs to be set in the request. In the same confusion that
caused me to think DUPLICATE_SKEY was required for user to user auth.,
I got the idea that the bit had to be set in both tickets.
(Basically, I read a paragraph and the WRONG corresponding footnote
and was too asleep to realize they didn't go togethe.)
I'll remove the option from kinit since it isn't useful.
