There is absolutely no reason that the utilities used by the Athena
services have to be redistributed and rebuilt over and over again.
imake, makedepend, com_err, ss, etc. etc. should be put into ONE build
tree that is separate from the Athena services. Then, anyone who
wants any Athena service takes the util tar file also, builds it
first, and then builds whatever other services s/he wants.
It will be easiest to rip these things out of the Kerberos V5 tree if
it is done before it is released to the world. I'll volunteer to do
it. comments?
