I don't particularly want to get into a flame war on this list, but I
do want to point out that the above is a complete and utter lie.  At 
no time have I *ever* championed the ICF (which is at best antithetical 
to my political views).  Nor was it ever even the subject of any 
discussion between us.

I shouldn't be surprised by the pettiness of your transparent attempt
to smear me personally by association with a proposal advanced by my 
employer.  This isn't the first time you've demonstrated a lack of 
personal integrity.  And while it doesn't speak directly to the tech-
nical merit of your ideas (or lack thereof), posting such a bald-faced
lie is NOT a good way to bolster an already suspect reputation.
