This seems to be standard licensing language for all Network Associates
products - it also applies to their "Nuts & Bolts" product, and was mentioned
in a NY Times article last weekend (it was on the web site, dunno if it hit
newsprint or not) discussing aggressive shrinkwrap licenses and anticipated
changes in the legal environment if the proposed UCC Article 2B changes are
approved.
