Hi all,
For those also on coderpunks list, yes I started the ATM card thread.
For everyone else, I am trying to ascertain the current status of
offline pin verification.
I believe banks here in Australia are still doing it and as a result the
mag. stripe cards in themselves can be broken.
The thread in coderpunks list developed more into the techniques of
cyphering transactions/pins across the networks/switches.
That's one aspect, but how secure is the card?
