Blah, blah blah.  Every time the White House dribbles out another
piddling snippet of relaxation they declare it to be just what
the industry has been waiting for and the Final Solution to the
Encryption Problem.  The press uncritically falls in behind them,
but it's always just another "OK, this time <all> banks in OK
countries can use strong encryption." or some such incremental
change.  Dollars to doughnuts it'll be allowing another fixed-
target industry (e.g. multi-national stockbrokers) to use crypto.

I'll be really surprised if it means anything this time either.
