What the TLA's are searching for is crypto laws which will be
acceptable to everyone. Right now, a growing set of people will only
accept strong crypto. As I read today's release, some of these people
are being given strong crypto. That's a victory! Yes, as Jim and
Matt pointed out, this victory comes at a cost. Freedom is *usually*
hard-won. Libre is never gratis. If it was, would it be valued by anyone?
