There is some confusion though, the license agreement reads as if export
is limited to Canada/US, although all the other pages read as if it is
only resticted to: Libya, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Angola, Syria, Sudan, and
North Korea. The license specifies Ottawa, ON, Canada as head office, and
according to Canadian export regulations Entrust/Solo should be freely
exportable without a permit, due to the General Software Note.
I hate confusing license agreements. I expect no one corrected the
bone-headed license once they confirmed exportable without a permit.
Especially considering the download page requesting your address, lists
many countries outside Cdn/US.
