There's a report in the Times:
<http://www.the-times.co.uk/news/pages/tim/99/01/13/timfgneur02008.html?1374383>

claiming that a teenage girl in Ireland has invented a significant improvement
on RSA having "used matrices". She's calling it Cayley-Purser. Anyone know
anything more about this ? Just hype or something significant ?
