Let me point folks at thomas.loc.gov. 30 seconds with it shows that the
bill is H.R.850. Hearings were held a week ago by the Subcommittee on
Courts and Intellectual Property; this is presumably the panel that approved
it. It's also been sent to the Committee on International Relations.
