To all chapters in Sections 56, 59 and 67 (Ohio and East Central Kentucky.
This is a reminder notice that your voting delegates have been invited to the
Region V APOKE (Alpha Phi Omega Knowledge Exchange) which has been scheduled
for Nov. 19 at the University of Dayton.
If you have not received your notice which was mailed on Nov. 1, please give
Ed Richter a call at 513-422-0825 (h) or at 513-746-3691 (w).
The APOKE is a regional legislative review of pending legislation before the
National Convention as well as training session for voting delegates.
Once again, if your chapter did not receive its notice, please call me or
e-mail at the above address. Also, please do not forget to submit your
chapter's Annual Active Membership DUES (AAMD), roster, reaffirmation and
chapter program review to the National Office by Nov. 15. If not, your
chapter will be ineligible to vote at the National Convention and your voting
delegates will not be seated or receive their credentials. Save yourself a big
hassle in Dallas and take care of these administrative issues as soon as
possible, preferably by Nov. 15.
I hope to see representatives from all chapters in Sections 56, 59 and 67 at
the University of Dayton on Nov. 19.
