My main point is that if something does not pass at two conventions in a
row, then it should "cool off" for a convention.  If it is brought up
again, after the cool off period, then the old arguments would not be
brought up as prevently due to the fact that most brothers graduate
within a five year time period.  It would get a fresh start when
reconsidered without the ghosts of the last convention.

BTW, I do read this list in digest mode.  If you must really have an
immediate response then mail me a cc.  If you do not cc me a copy, then
you will have to wait a day.  If you send me a copy seperate from the one
you post, I will assume that what you are saying is private and will
weigh my option to respond, in other words you may not get a response to
your comment.  Has anyone figured out my other point yet?
