Howdy fellow Brothers,
This summer, I and a fellow Brother are strongly considering taking
the month of August and driving across America, taking the time to really
see what makes it what it is.
We'll be starting here in Maryland, heading south towards Atlanta,
going through Houston to Phoenix, then to San Diego, up the coast to Seattle,
down and back to Denver, out to both Kansas Cities, up to Detroit, over to
Buffalo, up to Portland, and then back down to Maryland. Of course, that is a
very rough itinerary.
Here is how you can be VERY helpful in making our trip a success.
Look around where you are, and where you live, and where you've been. What is
great about it, that is worth seeing? Let me know! A great shop, or sight, or
feature, or monument, or park, or museum, or ANYTHING - I would love to know!
Anywhere in the continental USA, if you think you would want to see it again,
I would love to know about it, in as much detail as possible.
Want to be amazingly helpful? We are planning on camping mostly, with
the occassional hotel night. If you are willing to put us up for a night or
two, depending on location, that would be fantastic! For now, please email me
your name, location during August, willingness to have us over, and method
of contact with you during the summer.
Thank you all very much in advance! I would love to meet as many of
you as possible, wherever you are. Be assured there will be a stop in
Independence, Missouri! I look forward to hearing from you all!
