Hmmm...So you have elected to not have a Pledge Trainer (Pledge
Mom/Slug?)? My only input is that I could not do without mine...In these
days of busy schedules (some busier than others), having an assistant to
run pledge meetings, keep on top of pledges' progress, etc. is an
invaluable tool. It keeps me sane, as it does for the other MemVPs I've
talked to who are so fortunate as to have one...and it gives MemVPs
another person to come to to bounce off ideas, and two people to figure
out exceptions to rules and how to deal with them. If you guys are going
to have a large chapter, I really recommend it.
And yes, I know that this was slightly off-subject...the other note I had
was, how is the new MemVP selected if they're supposed to "train the
new?" It might be easier to make suggestions if we knew this.
